Thumbs Up

  • cost is free
  • simple to navigate and use, no instructions needed
  • the “latest news” section is regularly updated
  • works off-line

Thumbs Down

  • limited amount of information and resources provided (e.g. only 9 short videos are available)
  • videos are poor quality and can not be watched full screen
  • most information is on either “residential fire fighting” or “professional fire fighter work issues”

Overall Rating

  • iPad / iPhone  – ♥♥
  • Android –  no longer available
  • Overall – of little value to occupational safety and health professionals, but of greater value to professional fire fighters and fire brigade members
