Safety Poem – “I Chose To Look The Other Way”

Don Merrell was a training manager and an EMT at a factory in Pocatello, Idaho. He says that he wrote the poem, “I chose to Look the Other Way“, in an attempt to get fellow employees to take responsibility for both their own safety and also for the safety of others who work near them.
